Held at the Cutlers Hall in our home town of Sheffield, Swann-Morton were proud once again to sponsor the annual Silver Scalpel Award presented during the 2011 Association of Surgeons in Training (ASIT) conference from the 15th-17th April inclusive.

Paul Sims our Customer Support Manager was pleased to represent the company at the ceremony where the unique trophy was presented  by Sir Bruce Keogh, Medical Director of the NHS, to Mr.Gavin Pettigrew a Transplant Surgeon from  Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge, whose clinical paper he had selected from those submitted.
